Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer support team at support@clobfitfly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed once the return is approved.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
