Returns & Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed once the return is approved.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
